We are excited to present our plans to the public, and we truly believe that once you understand the benefits of the proposal, you will wholeheartedly support our efforts. The United Southland is proposing a unique development that goes far beyond a casino. Our plans include multiple hotels, an indoor water park, a convention center with conference facilities, restaurants and retail stores, and a boardwalk. This extensive development will create thousands of permanent jobs and will contribute millions of dollars to the Southland economy. The project will give preference to local vendors and the tax revenue generated will be allocated to Southland communities and school districts to fund local initiatives.
